Quebec Consumer Protection

As a Quebec-based business, we comply with all requirements under the Consumer Protection Act (Loi sur la protection du consommateur) and the Civil Code of Quebec. Your consumer rights are protected by law, and this warranty policy works in conjunction with those legal protections.

Your Legal Guarantees

Under Quebec law, you are entitled to:

  • Legal Warranty of Quality: All products sold must be fit for their ordinary use and durable for a reasonable length of time, considering their price, terms of the contract, and nature of the goods.
  • Hidden Defects Protection: Protection against latent defects that were not apparent at the time of purchase and that render the product unfit for its intended use.
  • Right to Remedy: If a product is defective, you have the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation.
